I got the message on my TiVo screen, at the bottom of the screen. When I
first saw it, (they've been warning me for awhile now) I thought it was
talking about that changing from analog to digital service, so I didn't pay
attention, until today. With two days grace.

Thanks!

Sandra

Did this message come to you in e-mail, or did it show up on your TiVo
screen?

Is it possible that your TiVo has lost its connection and has not been
able to "phone home" for program information for many days?

This happened to me one time when I was traveling, and I missed a
bunch of stuff. When I got home and found the problem, I fixed it,
forced a "connect," and all was well after a very lengthy "phone home"
session.

If you go to Messages & Settings, then Account Information, the second
page should show when your TiVo last connected. If it shows that the
last attempt was not successful, perhaps you should check to see that
everything is plugged in correctly.

I can't recall if you have dial-up (using a phone line), or if you
have a computer connection (home network), but be sure that everything
is plugged in and working properly.

Fingers crossed that it's something simple like this.
