Just a note that active working group document draft-ietf-tls-tls13-pkcs1 <https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-tls-tls13-pkcs1/>, "Legacy RSASSA-PKCS1-v1_5 codepoints for TLS 1.3", which registers codepoints for RSASSA-PKCS1-v1.5 with client certificates in TLS 1.3, is not going to the Formal Analysis Triage Team (FATT) <https://github.com/tlswg/tls-fatt/blob/main/README.md>for triage regarding formal analysis of TLS 1.3, as it is just registering a scheme in a supported fashion.
