Just a note that active working group document draft-ietf-tls-super-jumbo-record-limit, <https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-tls-super-jumbo-record-limit/> "Large Record Sizes for TLS and DTLS with Reduced Overhead", is not going to the Formal Analysis Triage Team (FATT) for triage regarding formal analysis of TLS 1.3, as it is defining an extension to negotiate a larger maximum inner plaintext size, which is accounted for in the lower AEAD limits <https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-tls-super-jumbo-record-limit-01.html#name-limits-on-key-usage> specified in the document. We think this is sufficient.
