1. The contest is open to all photographers
nationwide.
2. Theme of the art work:
Let us
All Act to Clean the Air!
(Entries shall highlight
positive and notable efforts in cleaning the air.)
3.
Criteria for judging of the entries will be:
Adherence
to the theme - 60%
Creativity - 40%
TOTAL -
100%
4. Entries
must be 8 x 10 in size and colored to qualify.
5. Digital
entries will not be accepted.
6. A contestant may send
more than one entry.
7. Contestant identifying marks (such
as signatures, names, etc.) must NOT be placed on the face of
the entry.
8. All entries must have never been entered into
any other contests or published in any other material.
9.
Any entry violating the above-cited rule may be presented to
the Board of Judges for possible disqualification.
10.
Entries with the filled-up forms pasted at the back must be
received in any of the following offices:

11. The
Board of Judges shall be composed of environmentalists and
professional photographers, whose decision shall be
final.
12. Any administrative or technical problems that
may arise during the contests and the judging session shall be
resolved by the organizers and/or the Board of Judges, whose
decision, moreover, shall be final and unappealable.
13.
Winners shall receive the following prizes:
First
Prize = P 15,000
Second Prize = P 10,000
Third Prize =
P5,000
17. Winning
entries shall be required to submit negatives of their
entries.
18. Winning entries shall become the property of
the DENR.
19. Participants shall be given one (1) month of
non-winning entries to claim their entries, otherwise DENR
reserves the right to dispose of it as appropriate.
20.
Employees of DENR, AIJC, and other co-sponsors of the contest
are disqualified from joining the contest.
