It was all the time. Part of the problem was that I'm on a very procmail
dependent system, and trying to call TMDA from procmail was causing soft
bounces (TMDA kept reporting errorcode 75 on deliveries).
I'm now running postfix-1.1.11-5 and procmail-3.22-7, and will see if I
can reliably reproduce the error on a non-vital email account. Will
forward you the matching entries from postfix, procmail, and tmda in a day
or two.
