Assuming you are running TMDA 0.63 or greater:

Add the following pseudo-header below From:, Subject:, and Reply-To:
in your confirm_request.txt file:

BodyCharset: LATIN-9

Now it's safe to use the euro sign in the body of your template. The
message will be properly encoded when sent.
