I use this feature but it seems the date field is either not always there or is corrupted. It also requires some level of mental effort to remember where you left off. I realize a lot of people probably don't even look at their pending queue so they don't care. At the same time a lot must do otherwise why bother with having tmda-cgi. This being the case some bulk type operations and/or PENDING_CACHE seems like a logical progression.
