I'm really searching here.  Can you send someone a test message, and
then look at the pending file on disk?  What does the Return-Path line
look like?  Also double-check that the X-Primary-Address line is there
as well.  Can you cut and paste both lines here?

TMDA chooses which address (between Return-Path and X-Primary-Address)
to append based on http://tmda.net/config-vars.html#PRIMARY_ADDRESS_MATCH


Since both your addresses are @openvistas.net, the default setting of
5 should be fine, so I'm sort of stumped.

How about 2 messages, since you seem to have had the same idea (and hence the same test address ;-)
