TMDA-CGI install problem

When I first run the TMDA-cgi install from web, I get this error:   NameError: global name 'REAL_ONLY' is not defined       args = ("global name 'REAL_ONLY' is not defined",) An above this a whole bunch of Pyhton code...What does this mean??
