As I've said in the past, TMDA satisfies all of Templeton's guidelines, and did so before the first draft of that document was even written. I looked at it again, and the only one I can't claim TMDA satisfies is ``Avoid challenging virus mail and other forged mail''. And that's fine, since TMDA is not a virus scanner, and Templeton is not an authority on C/R.
