This is not yet implemented, but is already on the TODO list.  See
section #8 on http://wiki.tmda.net/TmdaOneDotTwoTodoList

It's a bit tricky because tmda-ofmipd doesn't read /etc/tmdarc or
~/.tmda/config and so it can't use your usual values for
MAIL_TRANSPORT, SMTPHOST, etc.  Most likely I'll have to add another
command-line option to specify what transport to use for non-TMDA
users.

Anyway, many users have been requesting this lately, so I'll see if I
can't get this done soon.
