I just want to know who it is with the patch I heard about in the mail below. Or is there another trick to get the blue theme running? Our users are very familiar with the blue theme right now... ;)

I haven't done an official patch yet, I may just do another release soon instead. A patch for an entire theme would be quite large and complex.
I have instead created a tarball for just the Blue theme itself, and put it on the distribution site:

Follow the instructions in the file http://www.us.tmda.net/tmda-cgi/releases/Readme-0.13 to install this fix.
