Well, I wrote too soon. There's a pretty good explanation of how
'accept' works and why messages get re-routed through the SMTP server
for delivery.

This thread mentions plans to put MDA functionality into TMDA (it
does, after all, have 'mail delivery agent' in its name, right? ;) Are
there still plans to support that at some point?

While we're here, does anyone have suggestions for dealing with the
ISP setup that I have?
