Or, under qmail, you can set multiple forwarding destinations for a message in .qmail. I know that's not what you're using, but there should be a similar setup for procmail -- delivering to procmail with a different procmailrc, for example. That would spare you having an actual user that could theoretically be spammed.
I think being able to deliver to multiple locations is also on the to-do list for future TMDA -- if our maintainers get back from their unannounced hiatus. ;-) That will simplify your situation further, when it arrives.
