There are a large number of possible problems. Please provide more detail about your problem. Did you configure maildrop to actually call TMDA? Start by verifying that maildrop and TMDA are actually being executed. If TMDA is being run, then please check the TMDA log files (typically in ~/.tmda/logs) do details on which emails TMDA processed, and what it did with them.
