I have Humana Gold Plus PFFS H1804-001-001 it costs me nothing but my plan b cost and covers all my dugs up to 2250 with 1. 5.00,2.30.00 3. 60.00 co pay, and 4. 25% these ard ters of my dug costs. i will not spend more than the 2250.00 cost so this plan is going to work great for me in Wisconsin.
