Regarding that 15 min. in the sun per day..........I recently
read that if you are over 50 you need 30 min. a day because your body no longer
can convert the Vit. D the way it did when you were younger.
Please, please don't ask me where I read that......for the
life of me I can't remember...! If I come across it and anyone really
wants to know I'll share. :-)

P.S. While I'm here....for those of you that know Errol
(our dear TM friend in Australia)....he just had a pacemaker implanted for
his heart and he is doing fine.....he isn't on the list right now so thought I
would let you all know.
