ok, good I take an organic flax seed oil tab 2x a day, once in the morn once in the eve.1000 mg each time (never saw weight loss tho LOL).
it has  oemga 3 40-60%, omega 6 12-18%
omega 9 12-18%.
I also take evening primrose which has gla 8-10% (1300 mg once a day)..so guess I have all my fatty acids covered?
