yep, I did that and set it back to yesterday, and then again to friday...also ran my virus program..no dice. still not working

Hi Krissy,

 

Have you tried System Restore yet?  I did and it made all the difference in the world.  I took it back a couple of months to before it started acting up, and now it works like a charm.

 

Umm...I believe I had a worm or a virus at some time, and taking it back in time, got rid of it.
