Thanks Frank. D & C stands for something else so knew it couldn't be 'that'. {{ggg}}

I also looked up Sheepscot river - that is beautiful and the Hamilton Depression score. Renovations can drive you crazy but I'd say with a score of 35 it is not all the renovating. :)

p.s. your renos and future building sound marvellous. Maybe you could make them all handicap friendly and we could all come and visit you.

P.S.  What is D/C??

heather,

D/C stands for DisContinue or DisCharge- as in Discharge the patient.

Just one of the many abreviations.

I was doing well, till renovations started, in November, on this house. The plan is to fix this house up, sell it, and use the money to fix up the farm- house and barn.

The barn is post and beam, but losing roof and walls. I want to turn it into a retreat- have 4 to 6 "Guest"rooms, large living room and dining room, a full size comercial kitchen. The barn has a spectacular view down the Sheepscot river. If/when we have more money, I'd build small cottages, scattered around the property.

Anyway the work on this house is still not done- massive amounts of trim need painting.

So I'm roaming the internet and find this Hamilton Depression score. I score 35- normal is below 16. I call my neuro. He sees me the next day- I give him a great bottle of wine- he puts me on Lyrica, and sends me to a psycho.

That's the news from Maine
