"I'm not questioning anyones feelings, but you should always own your feelings and let yourself feel and go thru them. If they get out of hand and need some guidance and help, then you deal with it, ie the depression. I have never suffered from the sever pain or depression so this owing of feelings is easy for me. It may not be for some others, and that's ok too...we are all different and react and response to this TM in different ways.
And yes it may work for some, and not for others...
But also, I didn't write it, I just sent it along.
