Hi Harold, I have had Transverse Myelitis for 4+ years now and I have definitely noticed small improvements after the 2-year mark -  even now. I do still have some bladder and bowel issues, but even those are getting better.  Those two have been the most stubborn.  I also walk with a cane, but I am getting better around my house and usually don't use it now. Only when I leave the house. So we are all different. The most important thing is to never give up hope. There is hope for all of us and we are a team here!
