My attorney gave me a list to fill in: Where is the Will? Who is my Attorney? or do the executors put the legal work "Out to Bid." - save lots of money in many states! Who is my CPA? Do I want a reception or Funeral? Where? How big?? Food? Booze? Bank Account #'s Bank Vault #, where is key? Which bank? Passwords for computers? Credit cards? Write your Obituary e-mail accounts and memberships ISP, Cable provider, TV boxes, medicare and medigap insurance- any body who takes money every month from my accts Life Insurance? That's all I can think of off the top of my head. F
