Gunny, I tried Lyrica about a year ago, did not like the side effects... then decided I probably did not give it a chance so tried it again. I have been on two 75mg. twice a day. I've decided I don't like it at all. It makes my legs so numb that I cannot feel them. My feet.... I think I've picked them up to walk but I haven't so I trip. The pain is definitely less but from my knees down I feel as tho I have two blocks of heavy cement. So, after 2 1/2 months I have decided to go back to Neurontin. I am also on Cymbalta. I started both meds at the same time so I don't know if the Cymbalta is helping or not. It has helped with my depression, not sure about pain? So I'm going to slowly go off the lyrica and stay on Cymbalta at least for awhile. Now I know others on the list really like lyrica... like any med it works for some and not for others. You have to give a try for yourself. Let us know how it goes... What were some of your side effects of Cymbalta??
