I don't know why I hadn't thought to share this before.
Early in my tm life, some 12½ years ago, someone in the tmic sent me this 
prayer.  When my pain is rough, I use this.....
 
Dear Father in heaven I give  this pain to you and I thank you for taking it.
 
 I hope this helps.  If this message offended anyone, I apologize...........but
 I'll accept your ire, especially if this helps Jude when things are unbearable.
