Deborah, I didn't know this came in a gel either. I could sure use some of that on my hands and other achy areas too. Do you just buy it at the drug store? A few months ago I bought a tube of some kind of cream for arthritis and it really does nothing. I don't even want to think about how much money I've spent over the years on products that claim to help with joint pain. It would really be nice to find something that gives some relief.

OF COURSE, THAT WAS WAY BEFORE TM HIT ME. WHEN I STOPPED TAKING IT, I DID NOT NOTICE ANY DIFFERENCE. HOWEVER, MY SISTER-IN-LAW TAKES IT EVERY DAY AND SAID IT HELPS HER QUITE A BIT. I GUESS IT REACTS DIFFERENTLY ON EACH PERSON. I DID NOT REALIZE IT INCREASED YOUR BLOOD SUGAR. I NEVER KNEW IT CAME IN A GEL. I also have a gel that comes in a tube that I rub onto my knees and other "achy" areas so it doesn't even go into the bloodstream, thus preventing the risk of too much "glucose". I am not a nutrition or vitamin expert, but that is my own personal experience. My husband also rubs the glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM gel into his hands every evening -----Original Message----- From: L T CHERPESKI Sent: Aug 14, 2009 9:58 PM To: tmic-list@eskimo.com, Regina Rummel Subject: Re: [TMIC] Linda Needs Some Help Regina, thanks for the information. Has anyone tried this yet, or know someone who has? And then, I ran into a recent article in the Los Angeles Times www.naturaljoint.com<http://www.naturaljoint.com/> stating that.... well, I think it's best your read the article if you are interested. It's about a natural product that gives relief naturally, sometimes after just 5 days. I understand that Glucosamine can cause an increase in blood sugar levels. What do you think?
