IT WAS THEN REVERSED AND EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND SHE LIVED OVER 20 SOME YEARS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM WITH IT AND WAS WELL INTO HER 80'S WHEN SHE PASSED AWAY. A few years ago I had a mother-in-law that had a colostomy. After she had it for about 5 years they were able to close it, and she did fine after that until she passed away about 10 years later.
