Hope you all enjoy this bread as much as we do. STRAWBERRY BREAD
Mix: Dry Ingredients Wet Ingredients 3 cups flour 2 10-oz. pkg frozen strawberries- 1 tsp. salt do not drain strawberries 1 tsp. baking soda 4 eggs - beaten with handmixer 1 tsp. salt 1 1/4 cups oil - beat into eggs 4 tsp. cinnamon 2 cups sugar Mix dry ingredients well. After stirring strawberries into egg/oil mixture well, mix with dry ingredients. Stir carefully-just enough to mix through. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool before taking out of pans. Served with warm butter on it is great - warm in microwave if necessary.
