I use SATIVEX: An extraction from Cannibis, made in Britain, sold only in CANADA, but coming soon to the USA. ThisSATIVEX is a spray under the tongue. It lasts about eight hours, has very little euphoria. It costs about $640 Canadian for about 3 months spply (204 doses) I love it because I am able to travel with no problems at customs or with police as SATIVEX is a prescription medication. Frank
