Rob I think I was typing my last post wile you were sending yours. I take Lyrica and Cymbalta and must also take Baclofen for the banding and muscle spasms. Lyrica and Cymbalta decrease the neuro pain, but he Baclofen is the first thing I reach for when I've over exerted and my mucles are tightening so bad I can't move. Those were my first TM symptoms and the one that sent me to ER.
