Iam just the opposite.  Mornings are the worst for me.  I try to schedule 
anything likes appointments, shopping, etc. about 1 PM or later.  I have also 
figured out that if I overdo, I will pay for it the next day with horrible 
fatigue

Which I did, and I feel OK until about 3 PM, then I fall apart, every day. I 
try 
to plan activities early in the day, but it’s hard, for example: If I’m gong to 
a wedding, it’s always late in the day.
On weekends, it’s a nap at 3, Saturday and Sunday.
