Hiyah Gert! It's great to hear from another aspiring fan... and they are coming out of the woodwork everywhere! (which is a good thing)
I really didn't have too many Turtles stuff when I was into it around 1990. I just read up on all info on the first movie in magazines (which I don't have now *kicks self*), which then got me into the Mirage comics. I had watched the cartoons when they aired too... but I decided the comics and the first movie were better. It's also fun to read the early Mirages, and see all the things they got the cartoon inspirations from. April wasn't really a TV news reporter, Baxter is an African Amercian, and the Utroms (who doesn't have a character named Krang) were resposible for their mutations. Basially, you have to take in the whole story as if you hadn't heard it before with the Mirage comics. Have fun collecting them all! ~HorseTurtle The Tao that is seen Is not the true Tao - until You bring fresh toner. :::::::XX For what do you quest?
