Okay, at least you have the sources now.
*libevent*
$ cd libevent-2.0.21-stable
$ make clean
$ ./configure --prefix=/usr
$ make && make install
*tmux*
$ cd tmux-tmux-code
$ make clean
$ CFLAGS="-I/usr/include/ncurses" ./configure --prefix=/usr
$ make && make install
