In tmux 2.0, support for libutempter gets enabled whenever that library is
installed at compile time. That behaviour makes it impossible to compile tmux
on one system and copy the binary to another system, and hard to predict the
outcome of automated builds. Please add a configure switch for that option to
get a more deterministic build process.
