Jakarta is the "main" project, but the logo and colors that are prominent
are the Tomcat colors.

Given that Jakarta is more than just Tomcat, I think the design should
reflect that as the primary goal instead of just Tomcat.

So, I would be +1 for that design for the Tomcat website and -1 as the
primary Jakarta website.
