Tomcat isn't the only application. IIS suffers as well. Are you using Server or Advanced Server? There are some major problems with Advanced Server after installing the patch. I think you should ask MS about this. Also check with your VM manufacturer. We have some ISAPI applications that run in IIS that have suffered as well. We are working with MS currently to try and figure this out.
