I am using the following JAVA version java version "1.3.1_03" Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.3. Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.3.1_03-b03, mixed mode)
I have noticed that only 1 CPU on a 4 CPU machine is handling load for JAVA, can anyone help in how to configure JAVA to span the total number of processors ?
