Java IDE for Tomcat

Does anybody know if it is possible to integrate Tomcat 5 into JBuilder 
8 Enterprise?

Does anybody use Eclipse and Tomcat? Is it possible to use Tomcat 5 with 
Eclipse (debugging servlets, JSP etc)?
