Hi Stephane,

server.xml file under %TOMCAT_HOME%\conf  contains a short
but a very good description of all the steps, that are required to 
setup SSL with Tomcat. 
I've tried it with Tomcat 3.2.2b1 (+ JDK1.3.1) and it worked great.
