Have you tried unpacking the jar and see if everything is packed in the correct directory structure and that the Manifest file has the correct info?

I read the article, did what it said exactly, but it *still* doesn't work. It keeps complaining that it cannot find "taglib.tld", but my tld file is not named taglib.tld. I even sent the author of that article an email but he didn't respond.
