It looks like Tomcat was build to run on a Win32 system that was built more on NT technology. ME was the next version of 95 and 98 and is a dead-end. You might try to find out if there is an update for ME that will include a version of NETAPI32.DLL that contains the needed function or upgrade. Robert S. Harper 801.265.8800 ex. 255
