I agree with Fredrik that you need to do some more home work by yourself since this is fairly basic stuff.

Search for "setting java_home" click the first link in the result link.
Follow step-by-step instructions.
Once you get passed the step of setting the paths you'll no doubt encounter tons of problems and questions. Make sure to read the basic tutorials and search the archive for the same questions. If you can't find the answer after looking in those two places please feel free to post your questions.
