Pam,

   In the C:\Tomcat\conf\tomcat-users.xml file you might have to add user
such as:
  <user username="admin" password="*****" fullName="admin"
roles="admin,standard"/>

See if this works.

Thank you.   I do see the admin.xml and manager.xml.

I don't get prompted for a username/password.  I do get a 404 
response.    How do I configure these credentials?
