Urm, not really enough info here to help you. Of course I'm assuming that you've already read http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-5.5-doc/ssl-howto.html. Beyond that, you can try setting your logging category (log4j/java.util.logging config) for 'org.apache.tomcat.net.jsse' to DEBUG to increase the number of messages.
