What's the platform.  I've had good luck building it on a Mandrake 8 box.  
Some others appear to have problems stemming from which compiler and whether 
specific libraries were present.  I can't recall all the specifics, but I'm 
sure if the list archives go back far enough you can find them.

Also, from what I've seen of the traffic on the list, it appears TC 4.0.2b2 
has a recent build of mod_webapp.so and warp.jar if you'd like to take them 
for your install.  The two files have to be replaced together for maximum 
benefit (bug fixes on both sides of the connection).
