I have been reading "Core Servlets" which is a free book online (I download and print the PDFs) at <http://pdf.coreservlets.com/>. It's a pretty good book. There is another book that I was considering taking a look at and I wonder if anyone could share their thoughts on it -- a New Riders book called "Java for the Web with Servlets, JSP, and EJB: A Developer's Guide to J2EE Solutions" by Budi Kurniawan <http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/073571195X/qid=1038241284>. It looks good, and more up to date than Core Servlets. The reviews say there are code errors, but since I feel somewhat comfortable with JSP/servlets I hope that this won't be too much of an obstacle....
