Yeah, that's what I did, but it still did not work. I have the follwing variables set: <p> CATALINA_HOME\CATALINA_BASE both pointing to c:\Tomcat JAVA_HOME = c:\j2sdk1.4.2 CLASSPATH = .;%CATALINA_HOME%\common\lib\servlet.jar;%JAVA_HOME%\bin PATH = some other stuff;%JAVA_HOME%\bin <p> And nothing is happening once I added the path entry. <p> Lior
