You found that ccs-patch-2.6.27+grsecurity-2.1.12-2.6.27.10.diff is
also applicable to Gentoo-Hardened 2.6.27-r3's source, didn't you?

I confirmed the kernel boots with TOMOYO enabled.
But I don't know how to confirm the kernel boots with grsecurity enabled.

After you confirmed, I'll move ccs-patch-2.6.27+grsecurity-2.1.12-2.6.27.10.diff
to official release.

Regards.
