why not include a scope, using the basename of the workspace/repo (or some other repo-defined keyword) followed by the integer revision number? onnv-gate:142 on10-patch:142 jmcp-random-bugfix:142 This is more a proposal for what goes into places where %I% is used now; the details (specific format, separator character, and interpolation mechanism -- SCCS style?
