regardless of the SGE-error: It is a wasting of resources to start a bot every minute (because in 99% it does nothing productive) and also a unneeded flooding of the cron-logs; every 30 minutes or 1/hour is more than enough (and if you can: not 0 or 30 as minute-parameter).
